MEET THE STAFF INSIDE THE CAGES
Our instructors share a great love for the game of baseball. They have not only had their own success playing the game but all have experience in providing instruction at all levels. Instructors will create an individualized workout program for each athlete that reinforces good mechanics and mental training that can then be taken to the field.

Born a Trainer & Coach, Jer has been teaching and instructing for as long as he can remember.
In the back yard with neighborhood friends & cousins, on the practice field, or the ballfield, he lives for the process and enjoys the training more than the actual games, and is always looking for better scientific ways to improve his players performance and maximize reps and time.
During the shutdown, he decided to learn everything he could about new ways to instruct players and not just rely on his own personal baseball experiences. This has lead to a wealth of applicable knowlege, and teaching tools, from Rapsodo, Driveline & , most effectively, K-Motion.
A 2 year letter winner in high school, Jer was the C.S.A.A Most valuable player in 1996 with a 689 batting average and 6 homeruns, a 2.13 era and 56 strikeouts in 29 innings. His Senior year he belted 11 homeruns while hitting 489 as "The Chapelgate Flames" won the M.I.A.A "B Division" Championship with an overall record of 14 Wins & 2 losses. Three of those homeruns came in the playoffs with a 450+ft grand slam against Boys Latin, and 2 homers against St. Marys in the Championship game. Jer credits his Dad for all the bp he threw at him over the years and Mr. Dwayne Nicodemus, who taught him how to pitch, and use his God given gifts.
